This lovely 4-bedroom house for rent offers a brand new home near the seaside in Malahide. The house has fresh-painted walls and new carpet flooring, as well as simple but stylish decor. Distributed over several floors, you have a bright and spacious kitchen / dining room the opens up onto a lush garden with patio furniture. There is also a cozy living room with another dining area that opens up onto a balcony. There is 1 bathroom to share, and another that is en-suite.
Malahide is a charming coastal town located about 25 minutes outside of Dublin City. However, you are well-connected by train and can easily go by car. On Jameso's Orchard, the house is in a lovely residential area full of homes, perfect f you are looking for something tranquil. You are about a 15-minute walk to Malahide center, where you have international restaurants, grocery stores, and small shops.
