This lovely 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Loughlinstown is perfect for a single professional. The apartment has a long corridor that takes you the spacious en-suite bedroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom have floor-to-ceiling windows that fill them with natural light and look out onto a courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed, storage, and TV, but you have a chest of drawers and clothing rack in the kitchen, which comes with a microwave.
Loughlinstown is a charming residential district located between the sea and Dublin City Center and living here you will be right around the corner from Cherrywood Business park. You are just a 20-minute walk to the beach and about 40 minutes to the city. You have bus stops close by and are also a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores.
