There is a charming 1-bedroom apartment available to rent to professionals only in the city center. Located on the 5th floor and with floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment receives plenty of natural light. There is wood flooring throughout, a cozy living room and bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with brand new appliances. Bin charges are also included in the rent.
And in this apartment you won't be stuck for entertainment! Included in the rent are:

- Virgin Media HD bundle with over 100 channels to choose from, including 26 HD channels

- And super-fast 360Mb fibre-optic broadband
On Wolfe Stone Street, the apartment is located in the Broadstone area of the city center. The locations couldn't get any better, just a short 5-minute walk to a tram stop and the large Jervis Shopping Center.
