This 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is available for rent in Blanchardstown, near to Tolka Valley Park. The apartment has a large living area, with dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, including washing machine and oven, and plenty of storage. 1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the other has a separate bathroom with a bath/shower.
The apartment is located on the doorstep of Tolka Valley Park, which follows the path of the river Tolka, and is over 50 hectares of parks, wetlands, and walkways, and is a haven for local wildlife. Buses from the area can take you around the city, including to the city centre in about 30 minutes. There are also nearby schools, a hospital, a shopping centre, and a multitude of sports clubs offering activities ranging from squash to diving.
What we liked the most
- 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms means no fights over the shower in the morning!
- The large and bright living space with 2 double sofas looks like a great place to host parties.
- The apartment is literally on the doorstep of Tolka Valley park, so there are no excuses for missing that evening run.
- It is only a short walk to Blanchardstown centre, where you can find plenty of shopping opportunities.
