This lovely 2-bedroom house is available to rent in a gated community in Ballsbridge. Situated overlooking a shared terrace with a fountain in the centre, it is a cosy, attractive home, with all modern appliances provided. Parking space is provided for tenants with a car.
The house is a 1-minute walk from bus stops on Morehampton Road, with bus routes heading all over the city, including the Dublin airport. Herbert park, along with local football and cricket clubs, is close by. The house is also within a short walk of the cafes and restaurants along the main road of the neighbourhood of Ranelagh.
What we liked the most
- Washing machine and dryer in the property.
- The large, attractive shared courtyard out the front would be a lovely place to sit on a warm summer evening.
- Easy access to the city, but this is a quiet area that also has its share of bars and restaurants.
- Fountain in the courtyard – we always enjoy a water feature!

- Parking for 1 car only, but a second can be arranged if necessary.
