Dundrum is a large, residential area situated to the south of Dublin's city centre. There are several green parks near the property, including Ballaley Park, which is 14 minutes away and makes a good substitute for a garden. Tenants can access the centre of Dublin by using the parking facilities or by walking to the nearest bus or tram stop.
