A 2 bedroom cottage with a patio, suitable for professionals only, situated in Blackrock, Dublin. This area is filled with cafés and shops, the beach is nearby and tenants can walk 9 minutes to reach the picturesque Blackrock Park. Despite not being in the city centre, the Blackrock DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) station is 4 minutes away and quickly transports passengers to the centre of Dublin. This cottage is exceptionally cosy, boasting a spacious open plan downstairs area which serves as a kitchen, dining and living room and is equipped with a chimney. Both bedrooms are luminous and comfortable - bedroom 1 provides access to the patio and bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom.
