With an area of 51 sqm, this studio offers modern and renovated amenities, being furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, dining table/desk, storage space, and a TV. The room, located on the 18th floor, provides great views of the city's skyscrapers while at the same time filling the studio full of natural light.
Located in what locals call ¨Dubai's Manhattan¨ you are surrounded by Bay Square, Marinas, Al Khazzan amusement park and the Dubai Mall. Still a neighbourhood on the rise, it will soon become a hub for fine dining and luxury shops.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a balcony with great views of the city and with doors that block out the outside noise.
- The bathroom is quite large and comes with a bathtub.
- Rather than having a key, you have an access card.
- There is a safe in the studio for your personal use.
- The studio comes with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dryer and oven.
- The apartment is very bright with plenty of natural light.
