Rooms are available to rent in a fantastically well-equipped 7-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. The apartment comes complete with pool and gym access, bonuses not often found in rental properties, and there are also incredible 20th-floor views of the marina. This would make a luxurious home for students and young professionals alike.
Dubai Marina is a breath-taking man-made dock and one of the most desirable places to live in all of Dubai thanks to its sky-high towers and, of course, its proximity to the turquoise ocean. Home to the incredible Cayenne building, a magnificent and futuristic piece of architecture, this neighbourhood is convenient but also undeniably glamorous.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, AC, desk, TV, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and access to a private bathroom.
What we liked the most
- Pool access is an incredible luxury, ideal in a city as hot as Dubai.
- With a gym in the building, you can work out without leaving your home.
- Many of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms so you will not have to wait to use the shower in the mornings.
- Parking is available for those who prefer not to use public transport.
- This location is perfect for those who cannot live without being close to the ocean.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living room in the apartment but there is plenty of space in the bedrooms and also a small seating area for relaxing and socialising with flatmates.
