The apartment has a spacious open-plan living-room and dining-room, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals with flatmates or friends, and looks out onto the marina with awe-inspiring views of the unique city that is Dubai.
The apartment is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, one of the most famous areas in the Dubai Marina, made up of forty different towers, including hotels and renowned restaurants. This area offers some breathtaking panoramas, with its sparkling coast framed by huge skyscrapers, and also has a fun and energetic nightlife.
