Please note that either men or women can rent the apartment, but mixing is forbidden. The interior is spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen which has ample storage space for all tenants.
Al Barsha is a neighbourhood situated to the south-west of central Dubai. This property is situated in a calm, residential area which has several bars, restaurants and cafés. Tenants can walk 12 minutes to reach the Mall of the Emirates, and Ski Dubai is also nearby. To reach other areas of the city, you can take the metro from Sharaf DG metro station which is 5 minutes away.
