The apartment features fantastic 15th-floor views from every room and the living room also has access to a wonderful balcony. Central air conditioning is provided along with modern appliances. The communal areas are shared with a friendly live-in landlord.
Ideally located, the apartment is just seconds from the Jumeirah Beach. Tenants will have easy access to several attractions, including the Dubai Marina Walk and plenty of skyscrapers. The apartment is also close to plenty of public transportation services, including several waterbus stations.
