A room is available to rent in this 2-bedroom (plus maid's room), 17th-floor apartment shared with the live-in landlady and her maid and 3 very small and well behaved dogs. The apartment is modern, clean, and fully furnished. The tenant's room has a double bed, use of a balcony, and its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of storage. From the balconies, you will have spectacular views of Business Bay Lake. The live-in maid takes care of all washing, ironing and cleaning - ideal for professionals.
The apartment is located very centrally in Dubai, close to shopping and food in The Dubai Mall, and to tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, along with plenty of storage, a TV, and its own private bathroom with a bath. It also has a private balcony with incredible views across Dubai and the desert.

- The apartment is clean and modern and comes with all the modern amenities.
- Both balconies offer incredible views.
- You will be very close to central Dubai, with the Burj Khalifa just a 12-minute drive.
- Shopping in The Dubai Mall is very close by.
- The live-in maid takes care of all washing, ironing and cleaning - ideal for professionals
