The apartment is located just a stone's throw from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall—the world's tallest skyscraper and largest mall, respectively. The location is also convenient for those working at the Dubai Financial Centre. Just outside the building is the Burj Khalifa metro station, with direct access to Dubai Airport.
