This 2-storey, 3-bedroom house has a room for rent in a pet-friendly home. The house's best asset is the extremely large and green garden in the back. The common areas are fully furnished and are elegantly decorated. The living room, dining room, and kitchen provide a large open space.
Springs is one of Dubai's most luxurious communities. The neighbourhood has incredible landscapes and gorgeous lakes. Springs is home to Heriot-Watt University and the American University.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, storage, a built-in wardrobe, AC, and its own independent key.
What we liked the most
- The house has a huge lush garden that comes with a jacuzzi, fountain, and seating area.
- There is 1 bathroom to share and a toilet room.
- The shared bathroom has a separate room for the sink and a separate room for the toilet and shower.
- There is a laundry room and storage room equipped with a washing machine.
- In the living room there is a bar area, great for making up a quick drink to enjoy in the garden.
- There is maid service available twice a week.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a 2-storey house and the bedroom for rent is upstairs.
- You must be able to live with cats.
