A 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Jumeira Beach Residence. The apartment is located very close to the beach and marina. There is a very generously-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage. A large open-plan living and dining area leads into a sleek and modern kitchen with utility room. The property has two balconies with seating.
The Jumeirah Beach Residence is a large waterfront community which contains "The Walk at JBR", a 1-7-km strip full of restaurants, shops, cafés and gyms. There are tram and metro stops within easy walking distance, as well as beaches.
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment is very spacious and modern.
- A king bed and en-suite add a touch of luxury and make this property great for couples.
- Jumeirah Beach Residence is a fantastic location, with beaches, shopping and restaurants right on your doorstep.
