This modern 2-bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished and takes in a stunning view of the Marina from the 24th floor. The 2 bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom and there is an additional toilet room for guests. Enjoy the stunning view, from the comfort of your bed, through the floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms. The spacious living room is smartly furnished and opens out onto a small balcony.
The apartment is located in Dubai Marina. This oceanside district has top quality restaurants, a beach, plenty of shops and a hip and happening night life.
What we liked the most
- Tenants have access to the building's health centre, which has a Swedish Spa and a Gym.
- The fully equipped kitchen is very tidy and has modern appliances.
- The huge living room is a fantastic space for entertaining.
- Both bedrooms and the living room take in stunning views over the marina.
- Floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of natural light and brighten up the apartment.
