This 72 m2 apartment to rent has one bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bright flat has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 toilet and a laundry room. There is also a stylish dining and living area with a television which will be an ideal space to entertain friends and family.
The flat is located on the stunning Dubai Marina, within walking distance of the beach, public transport, the Marina Mall and the Marina Yacht Club. The apartment is part of the Dubai Marina Quays, a modern apartment complex offering a gym, outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour security.

- There are large windows in both the living area and bedroom that let in good natural light.
- The views from the 29th floor are stunning!
