Located on Avenue de Tervueren, this studio apartment available to rent is on the 10th floor of this building, with a balcony and amazing views of the city. There is a pull-down double bed, which allows you to easily transform your bedroom into a living room. The kitchen is quite spacious and comes equipped with modern amenities and a breakfast bar. There are windows all around that fill the property with natural light.
The location in Etterbeek could not be more convenient. A few minutes' walk in either direction takes you to Metro stations, where you also have connections to commuter trains, trams, and buses. This allows you to enjoy the tranquility of your neighborhood but easily move around when you want more. You are also just a 5-minute walk to the city's beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire.
