As soon as you walk into this 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue Saint-Michel you’ll notice the wood floors. There is a little entrance hallway before you get into the open-plan living space. The first door you come to leads to the toilet room. The bathroom, which has a shower cabinet, is in a separate room. The bedroom has a tall window and a comfy double bed. It’s cozy, but perfect for a good night sleep. The kitchen, living and dining room combine in a pleasant space, which gets natural light from a tall window and a door leading to a small balcony. The area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, shelving unit and 4-seat dining table. The one-wall kitchen is small, but modern with attractive white brick tiles. It’s also fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal.
Brussels City Center is an amazing spot to live. It’s a lively area. Plenty of tourists pass through. But, you’re within walking distance to some of the most famous museums and monuments. Martyr’s Square is just down the street. The Belgian Museum of Freemasonry is also a few minutes away. Of course, it’s not all about tourism in this part of town. You’re located 2 minutes from the UGC De Brouckère, where you can catch a movie. And there are four theaters within a 6-minute walk. Students are 10 minutes away from Saint-Louis University. Shopaholics are around the corner from Rue Neuve, which is the second most popular pedestrian shopping street in the city. Great restaurants are easy to find in this part of town, and you can pick up your groceries at AD Anspach, which is a 6-minute walk away.
