This stylish studio apartment to rent on Rue de Genève, in Evere, covers an area of 45 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The property is fully furnished, including a double bed, dining table and television. There is also a well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area, close to the NATO and some buildings of the European Commission. There is a large supermarket right next door to the apartment, and you can also access the tram, train and buses nearby.

What we liked the most

The apartment is nicely decorated and brand new.
There are 2 large windows that let in good natural light and offer lovely views.
The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher.
The shower room and toilet are separate for added convenience.
The apartment is in a tranquil area, but close to amenities.
