This charming 24 m² studio apartment is available for rent in Uccle, Brussels. The living room has a sofa that turns into a double bed, and there is a desk, TV chest of drawers, and a standalone wardrobe. The room also has shelving and plenty of storage space, as well as opening up onto a small balcony with an interior courtyard view on which smoking is allowed. It also has a small outside seating area for you to enjoy the pleasant summer weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a microwave, and the property also has a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The road leads out onto Chaussée de Vleurgat, along which are plenty of shops, restaurants, and takeaways. There's also a supermarket and a pharmacy here - no carrying your groceries for miles! You'll be just a 5-minute walk from Bois de la Cambre park, which boasts trees and water features. It's the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
