There is a modern and cosy studio apartment for rent in the lively district of Ixelles. The 30 m² studio feels like a 1-bedroom apartment with a bedroom area tucked away behind a curtain. The bedroom area comes with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The kitchen and living room area has polished wood flooring and big windows that keep it filled with natural light. There is an equipped kitchen corner, dining table for two, and a couch.
Ixelles is known for being one of the city's most diverse neighbourhoods, which is reflected in your dining choices. Right around the corner you can find Japanese, French and Turkish restaurants. Nearby there are also small shops, banks, and grocery stores. Located near the European Quarter, it is a great choice for professionals. Just a bit further on Chaussé d'Ixelles, you also find a shopping hub with big name brands such as Footlocker, Bershka, and H&M.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives lots of natural light.
- We love the wood flooring.
- You can also find small parks in the area, in addition to the larger Parc Bruxelles and Parc Lépolod.
- There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes of the apartment.
