Perfect for an individual or couple, the studio has a wall partition that creates a bedroom and living room area. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and a large standalone wardrobe. Upon entering you have a fully equipped kitchen to your left which also leads to the bathroom.

On Rue Bâtonnier Braffort, the apartment is located in a commercial area. On your street you have plenty of shops and bars, and on the nearby roundabout you can find basic amenities such as banks and a pharmacy. You are very well-connected to the rest of the city with a metro, tram, and train station nearby. When you need a little green in your life, be sure to head over to the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire.
