This wonderful studio apartment has a modern design with fun, colorful accent pieces. The kitchen is fully-equipped with any appliances and materials you may need to cook, and there is a dining table with chairs to sit at and enjoy your culinary creations. The studio area includes a nice sofa, a coffee table, and a TV large windows. The apartment features a single bed, and you also have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden below.
Woluwe Saint Lambert is a very calm and peaceful neighborhood, but it certainly isn't lacking in things to do! Stroll through the local parks, like Parc de Roodebeek or Parc Schuman, or explore some of the local cuisine. Try Le Nénuphar or perhaps Cook & Book. For the avid shopper, the Woluwe shopping center is only an 8-minute walk away!

- The balcony is great for getting some fresh air and maybe enjoying a nice drink in the evening.
- We love the colorful accessories in this apartment!
- You are close to many transportation stops to get you wherever you may want to go in the city.
