The main bedroom space is furnished with a double bed, a desk with 2 chairs, and 2 armchairs with a table. The kitchen/dining area has a high table with 2 chairs, and 2 leather sofas with a small table and a television. There is also a mezzanine floor with a spare bedroom and additional storage space.
The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants, bars as well as beautiful parks Marie-José and Albert. The area is well connected by public transport, with a busy station a 10-minute walk away.
