The apartment has a spacious balcony, a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is bathed in natural light, nicely furnished, and centrally heated - ideal for the colder months.

This apartment is situated on Rue Gustave Jean Leclercqstraat in Auderghem, a vibrant neighbourhood which has lots to offer. Located in a modern, stylish and well-maintained building, next to a garden, the property is quiet and provides a beautiful terrace view which is full of flowers and trees. With a metro station nearby, residents are well-connected for easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas, and there are plenty of shops and restaurant only a few steps from your door. It only takes 6 minutes to get to Brussels's European District (Schuman), and just 12 minutes to Central Station, next to Grand-Place.
