This large 45 m² studio apartment is available to rent on Rue du Noyer in the European Quarter of Brussels. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well designed, with a well-equipped kitchen separated from the main room, which itself has distinct living and sleeping areas. There is also a balcony, with very peaceful views over the courtyards between the buildings.
The area the apartment is in is between the multicultural district of Schaerbeek and the bureaucratic centre of Europe, within walking distance of the European Parliament. Here you have easy access to all that Brussels has to offer, and plenty of local amenities to ensure a comfortable life in the area.
What we liked the most
- You have a separate bathroom and toilet, which is ideal if you have guests stay over.
- The kitchen is separate from the rest of the apartment, so you can keep the smells of pungent food away from your living room.
- At 45 m² this is a very spacious apartment for a studio.
- The attractive Ambiorixsquare is just a short, 7-minute walk from the apartment.
