This studio apartment available to rent in Ixelles offers a big and open home with an area of 30 m². Fully equipped with modern amenities and well-decorated, the space is amplified thanks to the large windows looking onto the huge lush green garden. The studio is furnished with a sofa-bed with a double-bed mattress, a large standalone wardrobe, and a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen and bedroom area are separated by a breakfast bar, but you also have square dining table.
The studio is located in the multicultural neighborhood of Ixelles on Rue Souveraine; a quiet, residential street. You are well-connected to the city by tram and bus, with stops just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, you can find art galleries, a library, and plenty of shops to keep you busy.
What we liked the most
- The studio is spacious enough, but the huge garden makes it feel that much bigger.
- There is a lot of hidden storage space, to help keep your apartment nice and clean.
- You have a washing machine that doubles as a dryer – great for those rainy days!
- The kitchen has new and modern appliances, including a dishwasher.
- You have access to a cellar for extra storage space.
