A unique, very spacious 60m2 studio apartment with a large terrace is for rent in Etterbeek. Spread over 2 floors, it is very modern and stylish, with wooden floors and lots of space, as well as huge full-length windows which let in lots of light. The main living area is very big and has an L-shaped sofa which doubles as a bed. The kitchen and bathroom are downstairs. Outside there is a spacious terrace for you to enjoy.

The apartment is located in busy Etterbeek, a lively area close to central Brussels which has plenty of choice when it comes to shops, bars and other amenities. The city centre is just a short hop away by bus or tram, or even on foot.

What we liked the most

We love the terrace, it's great to have some outdoor space.
The full-length windows let in lots of light.
This studio is really spacious and sleek, spread over 2 floors.
Etterbeek is a lively area which offers residents plenty of shopping, food and nightlife options. It's also very close to Brussels city centre, as well as the EU Quarter.
