A 30m2 studio apartment is available to rent by the University of Kent in the lively neighbourhood of Etterbeek, in Brussels. The interior of the property is very bright, and it is designed in an open-plan layout, there is plenty of floor space. The main room has a sofa that converts into a double bed. There is also a large dining table and a partially equipped kitchenette.
Etterbeek is a central neighbourhood which is filled with things to see and do. This apartment is just 10 minutes from the University of Kent Brussels campus. There is a variety of restaurants and bars near the property, therefore you will never be bored here. To reach other areas of Brussels, you can walk 13 minutes to Thieffry metro station. Parc du Cinquantenaire, one of the city's largest parks, is 15 minutes away.
