Located along Chaussée de Haecht, this 13-bedroom, 3 bathroom house, divided into two levels, offers 13 rooms for rent to female students. The house is situated within a 15 minute stroll from major universities of Brussels- Brussels Business School and the University of St. Louis Brussels- and the Brussels North train and railway station is a short walk away as well. The house is absolutely stunning: from the spacious and luminous common room to the fully furnished rooms with independent sinks and keys, it provides a stylish and comfortable home for female students looking to live in a social environment with tenants around their age. In the surrounding area, referred to as Saint Josse, you will find good transportation links to other parts of the city and country.

- The house is in a very convenient location: the Brussels-North station, University of St. Louis- Brussels, Brussels Business School, European Institutions, and 2 metro lines are all within a 15 minute walk.
- As you will be living with 12 other female students, you will surely make friends from day one!
- The kitchen is very spacious and has 3 refrigerators and plenty of cupboard space.
- The house is equipped with double pane windows, which eliminate street noise.
- The rooms are fully furnished with sleek, new furniture and equipped with independent sinks.
- The living room area is particularly impressive, with a sleek sectional sofa, long wooden dining table, and a large window that illuminates the whole space.
- For added security, each room is equipped with an independent key.
