There are rooms for rent with private showers in this modern 4-bedroom apartment on Rue d'Une Personne in the Brussels City Centre. The open-plan living room and kitchen are both well-equipped with modern appliances including a table and chairs, oven and dishwasher. There is also a balcony which can be accessed from the living room.
There are plenty of cultural attractions within walking distance of this apartment, including the Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and the Royal Palace of Brussels. The Parc de Bruxelles is also within a 15-minute walk.

Bedroom 4 is furnished with a double bed and a heating unit. This room has a large window, a desk, a standalone wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.

- The large living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Grand Place market is within a 5-minute walk of this apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Parking is available, but at an extra cost.
- There is no microwave in the kitchen, but there is an oven.
- The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms with showers and washbasins, however, the toilet is shared.
- In the photos, some bedrooms do not have mattresses. This is because they hadn't been delivered at the time of our visit. They have now been delivered, so you will have a mattress by the time you move in.
