The area is mostly residential and peaceful, with shopping and other amenities mostly restricted to the nearby main roads. On Chausée de Louvain, nearby there are several cafes and restaurants, plus grocery stores, including a Proxy and an Aldi, and other useful shops. There are also good transport options nearby.

  • There are separate bathroom and toilet, so you won't have to queue.
  • Students will find this location ideal, as trains from the nearby station pass directly past the campuses of Université Libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
  • The large and pretty Parc Josaphat is nearby, and is a lovely place to spend a sunny day.
