This large 250 m² house in Auderghem has 6 rooms to rent and a beautifully landscaped garden. Tenants will share use of 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, 2 dining areas, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, and a dishwasher.

The house is located in a green and tranquil neighbourhood surrounded by other attractive houses. There is a tram station nearby and beautiful Hertoginnedal park is a short walk away.

Room description

Bedroom 1 has a large single bed, 3 windows and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a desk to study or work, and a heating unit ideally placed right next to the bed.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has 1 full-size and 1 half-size refrigerator providing space for all tenants to store their food.
  • There are 2 dining tables and a spacious living area where you can get to know your flatmates.
  • The garage is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and can also be used as a storage room.
  • Hertoginnedal park is only minutes away, and is an ideal place to enjoy a leisurely walk.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are 2 televisions, but they are older style.
