The kots are located on Rue Nothomb, a picturesque residential street in the neighbourhood of Etterbeek. This location is ideal for students, being a 15-minute walk away from the Free University of Brussels. This area is also within walking distance of the Cinquantenaire Park and the European Quarter.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors. There is a basic cooking area with 2 electric plates and a sink. This kot also offers a separate sink where you can brush your teeth.

What we liked the most

  • Both rooms have double glazed windows.
  • There is central heating and Wi-Fi is activated.
  • The bathroom is shared only between the 2 rooms.
  • Rent includes bills and a cleaning service.
  • The apartment has a fantastic location in central Brussels, close to the ULB Campus and public transport.

Things to keep in mind

  • The rooms have very basic cooking facilities. There are 2 electric plates and a sink, but refrigerators and cooking and dining utensils are not provided.
  • The apartment is located in the basement, but as it is commonly the case in many buildings in Brussels, the basement is at street level. This means that the windows let in good natural light.
