What we liked the most

  • The apartment is renovated with nice wood floors and modern lighting that can be changed through a module on the wall or even through an app!
  • The living room is large and luminous.
  • The view from the living room is of the peaceful plaza.
  • The apartment is in the city center, making it easy to get around the amazing city of Brussels.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, even furnished with a dishwasher!
  • All utilities are included in the price of the rent.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is not a washing machine within the flat, there is a common laundry area.
  • The flat is not completely furnished, however it can be at the request of the tenant.
