This bright 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue du Poinçon, in Center, has a lovely light wooden floor throughout. The living area is large with 2 couches, a TV and a dining table to seat six. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, microwave and kettle. Both bedrooms have double beds and a wardrobe, and the slightly larger room has double doors which open onto a small balcony equipped to seat 2. There is 1 shared bathroom with a shower.
Close to this apartment is all forms of public transport including trains, buses, trams and a metro. Within walking distance is a park and skate park and a rock climbing gym for those who like a bit of adrenaline. There are bars, restaurant and cafes nearby, and if you don't want to eat out ,there is a supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There are large windows which let in a lot of light, making it feel more spacious.
- The dark tile in the bathroom makes it feel more modern.
- There is plenty of space to entertain people in the living area.
- There is a green grocer a 5 minute walk away for all the fruit and veg you would need!
- There are elementary schools in this area for those with children.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking in this apartment, however there is great public transport nearby
- There is no AC in this apartment, but large windows that open up well.
- There is no elevator in this apartment, and it is on the 2nd floor.
