This contemporary 2-bedroom apartment is for rent in Uccle. With a generous 115 m² footprint on Avenue Coghen, this apartment has a kitchen which comes with everything you need to start cooking, while Bedroom 1 has a single bed and Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

There is a supermarket and several other stores as well as restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the apartment. The Parc de Wolvendael and Parc Brugmann are both within a 15-minute walk, so there is plenty of space to exercise.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room has a large window to let in plenty of light, a sofa and table and chairs.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is a balcony which can be accessed from the living room, and another from the kitchen.
  • The shared bathroom has a large shower over bath. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is heating, there is no AC.
  • Bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower and sink, but no toilet.
