A recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely garden is available to rent just next to the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel. This apartment is perfect for young professionals, and couples are accepted. The property is stylish, and it has a sizable living room with a smart TV and a sofa for you to relax on. The kitchen is modern and has everything you might need, including an oven and dishwasher. The apartment has a separate toilet and shower, as well as a laundry room.
The location in Ixelles is ideal for students, professionals, or young couples. There are 2 universities (ULB and VUB) within close walking distance of the apartment. The local area is peaceful and residential, but you'll find plenty of shops, trendy bars, restaurants and cafés within 5 minutes of your front door. The pretty Bois de la Cambre can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot. And, with plenty of bus and tram stops nearby, you'll be very well connected to Brussels's city centre. This also makes it perfect for professionals who need to commute or who work nearby.
