This 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment on Avenue de la Couronne, Ixelles, has beautiful wooden floors, a living area, and a modern kitchen. The property has been recently renovated and is equipped with central heating.

The apartment is located in a diverse neighbourhood, close to Parc Léopold and the European Quarter. The area has restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and good public transport options for easy access to central Brussels. You will be living near a Carrefour Express, along with an Aldi, a Colruyt, and a Lidl.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is in a nice art deco building.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer.
  • The living area is spacious and bright.
  • Porte de Namur can be reached in 10 minutes.
  • Park Parc du Viaduc is just around the corner, and the Ixelles and Glagey ponds are just 5 minutes away.
  • You will be living 5 minutes from the European Parliamant, and the Gare de Luxembourg is 5 minutes away.
  • There is a Carrefour Express in the square in front of the apartment. You can also find an Aldi 200 metres away, and a Colruyt and Lidl about 500 metres away.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has a single bed and bedroom 2 is set up as an office, but the landlord can provide extra beds if required.
