This cozy 30 m² studio apartment available to rent is located in the central district of Irnerio. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with extra touches to utilize space. There is a loft bed with steps leading up to it that can double as shelving units. Underneath there is a futon, to be used as a couch or bed, facing the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a red kitchenette in the corner that is small but equipped and a dining table for 2.
On Via del Borgo di San Pietro, the studio is located in the Bologna's historical center. The surrounding streets are full of trendy shops, vintage stores, and even vegan ice cream shops. When in the mood to shop, you can head over to Via dell’Indipendenza, which is only 5 minutes away and is one of the city's most famous shopping streets. There is plenty to see and do within walking distance, but you are also well-connected by bus.

- Easily turn your living room into a guest room with the futon sofa bed.
- There is a Università di Bologna campus less than 10 minutes away.
