Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the third floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances : microwave, induction hob, fridge, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television, hair dryer, lift, toiletries, and stereo. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
