This 4-bedroom apartment with rooms available to rent is not only located in the central district of Abando, but has 5th floor views of it. A 180 m² property, each tenant will have plenty of privacy and there are spacious and well-decorated common areas to share. The living room is large with sitting corner with 3 couches, arm chairs, a piano, and huge windows that fill it with natural light. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that has a spacious dining area attached. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are for tenant use.
On Colón de Larreátegui Kalea, the apartment is in the heart of the modern Abando district. This area is home to the famous Guggenheim and is known for its cultural offerings and its vibrant nightlife. You are just 10 minutes away from the lovely Casco Antiguo, and also have a Metro stop nearby. If you want to live in a central location with plenty to do, this is the place for you!
