The main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that is equipped with modern appliances and well-organized. The landlord has a private bathroom, meaning there is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
Located on Calle Uglade, the apartment is in the Amezola area of the Reklade district. The location is ideal, surrounded by plenty of amenities and only 15 minutes from the historic city center. You can also easily get around town by bus and metro.

Bedroom 2 comes furnished with a desk, a built-in and a standalone wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. There are also lots of windows which keep it sun-filled and provide a great view.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen cupboards are divided to give each tenant a fair amount of space.
- House chores are made easy with a washing machine, dryer, and a dishwasher.
- You will only be sharing the bathroom with the other tenant.
- Deusto University is only a 25 minutes bus ride away.
