This huge 350 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Getxo has a spacious suite (composed of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) available to rent to women only. The apartment has very classic and elegant 3-part living room, which opens up onto a terrace with a stunning sea view. The kitchen is also spacious with plenty of cupboards and a separate eating area.
The apartment is located in the seaside town of Getxo – ideal if you love living near water. Just a few minutes away on foot, you can find streets lined with restaurants, banks, and shops. You are also a short walk to the nearest metro stop, connecting you to the rest of the city.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is located in a separate area from the common areas and is composed of 2 bedrooms, a balcony, and a private bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other a single bed. Between the 2 rooms there is plenty of storage and shelving, as well as a desk and seating.
What we liked the most
- The sea view from the main terrace is picture perfect.
- The living room is made up of 2 fully furnished sitting areas and a formal dining room.
- The suite (Bedroom 1 on the floorplan) has added privacy with a door separating it from the common areas.
- You have a metro stop and restaurants a few minutes' walk away.
