There are spacious and elegant rooms available to rent in this bright 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment between the neighborhoods of Indautxu and Basurto. The apartment is modern and very well-decorated with polished wood flooring and high ceilings. The main common area is the fully equipped kitchen that also receives a lot of natural light. There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
Located between Indautxu and Basturto, the apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city and surrounded by plenty of shops. You are less than a 5-minute walk to multiple bus stops and a train station. You can also find small parks, a cinema, bars, and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away.
