This modern studio apartment is for rent on Guineastraße in Mitte. This apartment has been recently renovated throughout and has a clean decor and modern appliances including a washing machine, oven and 4-burner stove.
Although you will find all the essentials nearby, if you need to get into the city centre you can catch a quick 10-minute bus. You're also close to the Volkspark Rehberge, and summer is just around the corner, so you've got a place to go and enjoy the sun nearby.
What we liked the most
- For the students, Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin is within a 10-minute walk.
- This apartment has heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- The combined bedroom and living room has plenty of storage including a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- There are lovely hardwood floors throughout this apartment, and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen for easy cleaning.
- The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm including plates and pots.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a half-sized refrigerator in the kitchen, but it is suitable for 1-2 people.
- This is a 1st floor apartment without an elevator.
