This 34 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the large Köpenick district. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has two terraces, that keep the property constantly filled with natural light and full of fresh air. There is wood flooring throughout and a cozy open-plan kitchen and living room. This area is fully furnished with a rug, plenty of seating, a dining table and a modern kitchen with integrated appliances.
Köpenick is a popular residential district east of Berlin City Center, attracting anyone looking to be surrounded by forests and lakes, but with great transport connections. On Erich-Thilo-Straße, you are across the street from a small park and are just a few minutes' walk to restaurants, hair salons, and plenty of other amenities.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located on the top floor of the building.
- We love the dining table with built-in shelving – practical!
- There is a large walk-in closet.
- The bedroom also has its own private balcony.
- You are well-connected by public transport.
