This stylish studio apartment is for rent in a residence hall on Eichbuschallee in Treptow-Köpenick. The property has a private bathroom and a kitchen with a 2-burner stove and sink. The bedroom area has a double bed as well as a desk so you can study without having to leave your room. As this studio is located in a residence hall, you won't have any trouble making new friends, but you will also have your own private space. Best of both worlds!
This apartment is in a great location for those who want all the conveniences of city living. There is a supermarket and a few stores within a 10-minute walk, and if you need to get to the centre of Berlin, you can get there in around 15-minutes by bus.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage throughout this apartment including a built-in wardrobe and shelving in the bedroom, as well as shelving in the kitchen.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a large window in the bedroom and kitchen to let in plenty of natural light.
- The bathroom is small but well-equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics is only around a half-hour away by tram and bus.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the common area, however, there is an additional cost to use them.
- The linen, plates and cutlery shown in the video and photographs are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
